Juices Sure thing! The ingredients consist of all cold pressed/organic fruits and veggies from carrots, tumeric, ginger, kale, spinach, watercress, grassroot, parsley, oranges, apples, beets, etc, you name it. On this cleanse you need to drink a gallon of alkaline water, of your choice.
I like adding lemons and acai berry to a gallon of water but you can get Core, Essential, any pH balanced water. It flushes toxins out of the system and resets your body. I always say if you cleanse, you've got to go to a healthy eating lifestyle afterwards. You could lose up to 10 pounds on the 3 day cleanse. I recommend the 3 day cleanse, then work your way up by adding a cleanse once a month.
